This Payment Policy describes how cleverhood.com (the “Site” or “we”) accept and process payments through our website.

 

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards and payments made via American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, Shop Pay, Venmo, Visa

 

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will submit the order for shipment.

 

If you wish to obtain a refund, please reach out to us at help@cleverhood.com. You can reference our Returns and Refund Policy to see if your return and/or refund is eligible.

 

Payment must be made in full before shipment.
