Shipping Policy

At Cleverhood, we understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping for our customers. That’s why we have established the following shipping policy to ensure a seamless experience for our customers when ordering from us.


Shipping Time

Our fulfillment handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday)

Transit time: US orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day (Monday - Friday). International orders are shipped via FedEx, and delivery times and charges vary based on location. Please note 2-Day is only business days. There are no weekend deliveries. 

Order Cut Off Time: 4:00 PM EST


Shipping Flat Rate:

$11.50 for FedEx 2-Day delivery (US only)


Note for International Customers: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will include the required duties and taxes. Your order will arrive without you paying additional charges.


Tracking Information

We will provide tracking information for every order once it has been shipped. You can track your order on the shipping carrier’s website using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email within 24 hours.


Custom Fees and Duties

Please be aware that some orders may be subject to custom fees and duties, which are imposed by the destination country. Duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout along with shipping rates. Your order will arrive without you paying additional charges.


Delivery Attempts

If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or the absence of the recipient, they may make additional delivery attempts or hold the package for pickup at their facility. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Our 2-Day rate is not guaranteed in the case of incorrect address or absence of recipient. 


Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package and resolve the issue. If the package cannot be recovered, we will provide a full refund or replace the product, if possible. This policy does not cover packages that are lost after FedEx confirmed delivery.
