We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our Cleverhood shop. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that all items must be in their original condition with tags attached and unworn. Please try on your gear inside to see if the fit is correct. If using it cycling, try it on with your bike inside to see how the thumb loops fit your style of riding and handlebar reach.
Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return. We’ll provide free return shipping in the US. International customers are responsible for their own return shipping and tariffs. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the package. Drop off the package at the carrier's nearest location.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange. Once we receive your return, we will ship out the desired item. We will invoice for any difference in price.
We do not accept returns on the following items:
Made to order products including but not limited to Bike Bus Anoraks, Streets For All Anoraks and Rover Rain Capes, and WABA Anoraks.
