This is the (optional) belt designed for biking in the Rover or Urbanaut Capes– not the Rover 2.0! It's nicely made with strong webbing and a reliable buckle. It fits thru the belt loop that's on the inside back of the capes for windy days.
Adjustable from 26" circumference to 45" circumference.
